10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Value Based Wealth, we are dedicated to providing valuable and high-quality educational content and resources in stock investing. As our services include immediate access to proprietary materials and digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any courses, products, or services purchased.
For monthly/yealy membership subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that a 2-week notice period is required for cancellations. To cancel, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance of your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these terms are binding and that you will not be eligible for a refund. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.
11. Enforcement
In the event VBW must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.
12. Consent
Upon purchasing a course from VBW, you consent to receive emails and SMS communications about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allowing your email address and phone number to be used in a "look-a-like" audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests. By providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree that VBW may utilize these details for targeted marketing purposes, including creating Facebook Lookalike Audiences to expand our customer reach and engagement.
